产妇的心理状态与护理
摘要：目的：孕妇在产前多会出现各种心理变化，进而影响到宫缩痛，也可能加重各种并发症的发生，直接影响到产妇的顺利分娩。本文通过多年来的妇科临床经验，对孕妇产前可能出现的心理问题进行了剖析，并提出了孕妇的护理措施，以保证孕妇顺利分娩、母婴平安。方法：从自2009年以来分娩的1546例中随机抽取533例进行问卷调查。结果：212例呈现出不同程度的紧张，恐惧，209例表现为极度烦躁，焦虑不安，97例表现为对分娩的痛苦难以承受，15表示出对临产知识的渴望。结论：不同的产妇对手术的心理反应均有不同之处。因此，护理时应根据各年龄段产妇的心理反应程度、种类，采用不同的心理护理措施，使其顺利度过手术关。关键词：产妇 心理状态 护理
