摘要：目的：探讨活血保心丸对冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响及临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照研究，研究对象均来自2006年4月～2009年5月来我院就诊的冠心病患者，将符合诊断标准的90例冠心病心绞痛病例随机分成治疗组及对照组各45例，两组均按冠心病二级预防治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用活血保心丸治疗3周，观察治疗前后血液流变学指标、静息心电图及临床症状变化情况。结果：治疗组在治疗前后血液流变学指标改善显著而对照组无明显改善，二者差异有显著意义(均P<0.05)。对于心电图的改善，治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为84.4%、71.1%，二者差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。对于临床症状的改善，治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88.8%、73.3%，二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：活血保心丸能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的血液流变学指标，改善心肌缺血，缓解临床症状。

Abstract:Objective:Discusses invigorates the blood to guarantee the heart pill to coronary disease angina pectoris patient blood rheology influence and the clinical curative effect.the method:Uses the stochastic comparison research,the object of study comes from coronary disease patient who in April,2006 ~2009 years in May comes my courtyard seeing a doctor,will conform to the diagnosis standard 90 example coronary disease angina pectoris case of illness to divide into the treatment group and control group each 45 examples stochastically,two groups will press coronary disease two level of prevention treatments,the treatment group add in this foundation with invigorate the blood to guarantee the heart pill to treat 3 weeks,around the observation treatment the blood rheology target,cease activity the electrocardiogram and the clinical symptom change situation.Results:But the treatment group the blood rheology target improvement remarkable the control group improves not obviously around the treatment,the two difference has the remarkable significance (P<0.05).Regarding the electrocardiogram improvement,the treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively are 84.4%,71.1%,the two difference has the remarkable significance (P<0.05).Regarding the clinical symptom improvement,the treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively are 88.8%,73.3%,the two have the significance difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Invigorates the blood to guarantee the heart pill to be able obviously to improve coronary disease angina pectoris patients blood rheology target,the improvement cardiac muscle lacks the blood,the alleviation clinical symptom ......
