化疗药物发生外渗反应的处理及体会(1)
摘要：恶性肿瘤的发生已成逐年上升的趋势，而化疗又是治疗肿瘤必不可少的一种方法。其局部的毒性反应，给患者的生理、心理造成了很大痛苦。大多数的化疗药物是由静脉给药，具有刺激性的化疗药可致皮肤毒性反应，表现为不同程度的静脉炎或组织溃烂、坏死等。因此，在使用化疗药物前应采取相应的预防措施，掌握出现外渗反应的应急程序。现将化疗药物发生外渗后的处理及体会汇报如下。关键词：化疗药物 外渗 处理及体会
