摘要：目的：通过血小板MPV PDW分析血球分析仪对血小板计数结果的准确性。方法：血液分析仪测定血小板数量，当MPV PDW异常时做手工显微镜计数。结果：MPV PDW异常时(主要是增大时)仪器计数血小板与人工计数存在差异。结论：仪器计数血小板时，要结合MPV PDW 及血小板直方图判断其准确性，必要时做手工计数。

    Abstract:Objective:Through blood platelet MPV PDW analysis blood cell analyzer to platelet count result accuracy.Methods:Blood analyzer determination blood platelet quantity,when MPV PDW exceptionally makes the manual microscope counting.Results:MPV PDW exceptionally when (mainly is increases when) the instrument counting blood platelet and the artificial counting existence difference.Conclusion:When instrument counting blood platelet,must unify MPV PDW and the blood platelet histogram judges its accuracy,when the necessity makes the manual counting.
