摘要：目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术(LEEP刀)在子宫颈病变诊治中的临床应用价值。方法：将我院2006年04月—2010年08月794例经TCT,阴道镜，活检诊断为子宫颈病变的患者行宫颈环形电切术(LEEP刀),标本标记后全部送病检。结果：其中1例CINⅢ病理示“原位癌”后行扩大范围子宫全切术，随访至今未有异常,余CINⅢ患者68%愈合，CINⅠ、CINⅡ患者100%愈合。术后2月随访慢性宫颈炎(宫颈糜烂99.2%完全愈合，宫颈肥大90.2%恢复正常大小)。
