摘要：宫内节育器(IUD)是我国育龄妇女主要采取的避孕措施，占各种节育措施的40%以上。据统计，目前我国有近8000万妇女在采用IUD避孕。随着IUD使用年限的积累，在妇产科及计划生育领域工作的医务人员，将会不时遇到节育器取器困难的病例。本文就取器困难的原因加以分析并提出一些处理对策。

    Abstract:In the palace birth control (IUD) is the contraceptive measure which our country woman of child-bearing age mainly adopts,occupies each kind of birth control measure above 40%.Statistics have indicated,our country has the nearly 80,000,000 women to use the IUD contraception at present.Along with the IUD service life accumulation,in the gynecology and obstetrics department and the birth control domain work medical personnel,will be able often to meet the birth control to take the difficult case of illness.This article takes the difficult reason to analyze and to propose some processing countermeasure.
