摘要：目的:探讨复方亚甲蓝在肛肠术后镇痛的应用价值。方法：对 354例肛肠术后应用复方亚甲蓝局部注射,观察术后镇痛效果。结果：术后无痛及Ⅰ度疼痛304例，占85.88%,Ⅱ度疼痛 39例,占11.02%,Ⅲ级11例,占3.11%，总有效率为96.89%。结论：复方亚甲蓝用于肛肠术后镇痛效果良好，安全可靠。

    Abstract:Objective:The discussion compound prescription methylene blue the application value which eases the pain after the rectum technique.Methods:Applies the compound prescription methylene blue partial injection after 354 example rectum technique,after the observation technique the analgesic effect.Results:After the technique does not have the pain andⅠThe ache 304 examples,account for 85.88%,ⅡThe ache 39 examples,account for 11.02%,ⅢThe level 11 examples,account for 3.11%,the total effectiveness is 96.89%.Conclusion:After the compound prescription methylene blue uses in the rectum technique the analgesic effect being good,safe reliable.
