摘要：目的：评估脑脊液检测方法对结核性脑膜炎诊断的价值。方法：将150例住院患者分为2组，其中结核性脑膜炎73例，对照组77例。所有患者均进行脑脊液细胞学检查，腺苷脱氨酶检测和脑脊液单核细胞内结核抗原的检测。结果：细胞学检测显示，结脑组混合性细胞学反应占82.2%，对照组仅27.2%，有统计学差异。ADA法的敏感性为89%，特异性80.5%，阳性预测值81.2%，阴性预测值91.2%。抗原法的敏感性84.9%，特异性100%，阳性预测值100%，阴性预测值87.5%。结论：抗原法的特异性和阳性预测值最好，联合检测对诊断的价值更大。

    Abstract:Objective:Appraised the cerebrospinal fluid examination method the value which diagnoses to the tubercular meningitis.Methods:Divides into 2 groups 150 example in hospital patient,in which tubercular meningitis 73 examples,the control group 77 examples.All patients carry on the cerebrospinal fluid cytology inspection,the gland glucoside deaminase examination and in the cerebrospinal fluid uninuclear cell the tuberculosis antigen examination.Results:The cytology examination demonstration,ties the brain group mixing property cytology to respond accounts for 82.2%,the control group only 27.2%,has statistics difference.The ADA law sensitivity is 89%,specificity 80.5%,masculine forecast value 81.2%,negative forecast value 91.2%.Antigen method sensitivity 84.9%,specificity 100%,masculine forecast value 100%,negative forecast value 87.5%.Conclusion:The antigen method specificity and the masculine forecast value is best,the union examination is bigger to the diagnosis value. ......
