摘要：目的：为提高腹部闭合性损伤早期诊治水平，降低死亡率。方法：总结腹部闭合性损伤56例诊断、治疗及预后情况。结果：腹部单个脏器损伤39例，多脏器损伤17例。52例手术治疗、非手术治愈4例，死亡2例。死亡原因为复合伤、伤情重、就诊晚，感染中毒性休克、肾衰等合并症。结论：早期诊断依靠外伤史和腹部体征。诊断性腹穿阳性率高，B超、X检查有一定价值。及时手术可提高治愈率。
