摘要：目的：正确选择胸腰椎爆裂骨折手术治疗方法，获最佳脊髓神经恢复和脊柱稳定，减少并发症。方法：本组胸腰椎爆裂骨折前路手术36例，术前X摄片、CT检查；术后1、2、3、6个月、1年摄片及部分CT检查，观察固定和减压效果。结果：本组病例1例发生腹膜后乳糜液漏,1例切口疝,1例气胸,2例深静脉血栓栓塞。经过积极治疗,全部治愈。结论：胸腰段脊柱前路手术并发症的发生大多数和术者对该段解剖知识、手术操作、认识程度和经验有关，可以避免或及早发现。
