喜辽妥加用复方聚维酮碘搽剂配合微波热疗化疗后静脉炎疗效观察(1)

摘要：目的：观察喜辽妥加用复方聚维酮碘搽剂配合微波热疗治疗化疗后静脉炎的疗效。方法：将100例行上臂外周静脉化疗后出现静脉炎的患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组用喜辽妥霜涂擦于穿刺点近心端沿血管走行皮肤。观察组先用复方聚维酮碘搽剂湿敷穿刺点上1.0cm处沿血管走向，后再用喜辽妥霜外涂于避开穿刺点近心端沿血管走行皮肤。每周三次微波热疗局部。两组疗效进行比较。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照组，两组总有效率比较，X2=4.43，p<0.05。观察组药物起效时间比对照组明显缩短，X2=24.50，p<0.005。结论：用喜辽妥加用复方聚维酮碘搽剂配合微波热疗可以更有效的治疗化疗后静脉炎，减轻病人痛苦。

Abstract:Objective: observes happy distant proper Canada to gather the Uygur alkone idodine liniment coordination microwave thermotherapy treatment chemotherapy after the compound prescription the phlebitis curative effect.Methods:Patient appears the phlebitis who after 100 routine upper arm circumference vein chemotherapy,divides into the observation group and control group each 50 examples stochastically.The control group spreads with the happy distant proper frost scratches walks the good skin in the point of puncture near heart end along the blood vessel.The observation group uses the compound prescription to gather first the Uygur alkone idodine liniment to spread in wet the point of puncture 1.0cm place along the blood vessel trend,latter uses outside the happy distant proper frost to spread again in avoids the point of puncture near heart end to walk the good skin along the blood vessel.Each week three microwave thermotherapy partial.Two groups of curative effects carry on the comparison.Results:The observation group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously,two group of total effectiveness comparisons,X2=4.43,p<0.05.The observation group medicine gets up the effect time to reduce obviously compared to the control group,X2=24.50,p<0.005.Conclusion:Gathers the Uygur alkone idodine liniment coordination microwave thermotherapy with happy distant proper Canada after the compound prescription to be possible the more effective treatment chemotherapy the phlebitis,reduces the patient pain.
