下腹部切口脂肪液化的预防和处理
摘要:外科手术切口的脂肪液化,常见于体态丰满、脂肪较厚和肥胖的患者。实质上是切口处脂肪细胞的无菌性变性、坏死过程中,细胞破裂后脂肪滴流出,在切口内形成一定量液化脂肪并伴有巨细胞反应的一种无菌性炎症。临床主要表现为:术后3-6天腹部切口的皮下局部积液。轻者皮下脂肪分离,呈腔隙状或部分皮肤裂开;重者表面皮肤愈合、皮下呈空腔状或全部皮肤、脂肪层裂开。关键词:下腹部切口脂肪液化 预防和处理
