摘要：体外冲击波是利用高电压，大电容在水中瞬间放电产生冲击波，经能量聚焦击碎结石，使之随尿液排出体外。有部分病人在碎石以后会出现不同程度的腰部、腹部疼痛，甚至肾绞痛。

    Abstract:In vitro shock-wave uses the high voltage,the big electric capacity the instantaneous electric discharge produces the shock-wave in the water,after the energy focusing crushing stone,causes it to discharge in vitro along with the urine.Will have a part of patient later to be able to appear the varying degree in the crushed stone the waist,the abdomen ache,even renal colic.
