摘要：人性化护理是一种创造性的、个性化的、整体的、有效的护理模式，其目的是使病人在生理、心理、社会、精神上满足而舒适的状态，减少或降低不适的程度。随着护理模式的转变，输液护士不能只是机械地操作，而更要注重“以人为本”的整体护理，将人性化护理运用到输液病人中，使病人在输液治疗时充满信心，在心理上获得满足感和安全感，从而加速疾病的愈合。

    Abstract:User friendly nursing is one kind creative,the personalization,the whole,the effective nursing pattern,but its goal is causes the patient in the physiology,the psychology,the society,the spirit to satisfy the comfortable condition,reduces or reduces ill degree.Along with the nursing pattern transformation,the infusion nurse cannot only be operates mechanically,but must pay great attention to "humanist" whole nursing,user friendly nursing will utilize in the infusion patient,will cause the patient when the infusion treatment the fill confidence,will obtain the feeling of satisfaction and the security sense in the psychology,thus acceleration disease cicatrization. ......
