摘要：静脉输液是临床常用的给药方法，输液具有高效的治疗特点，可用于：①维持体液容量；②供给营养；③维持和补充电解质；④危重病人的抢救等。输液反应是由于输液所引起的不良反应的总称，常见的输液反应有发热反应、空气栓塞、静脉炎、输液过多或过快反应等。输液反应不仅增加了患者的危险程度，而且易引起医疗纠纷。因此，积极寻找输液反应的影响因素并做好护理工作显得尤为必要。关键词：输液反应 影响因素 护理体会

Abstract:The venous transfusion is clinical commonly used for the formula law,the infusion has the highly effective treatment characteristic,available in:①Maintenance body fluid capacity;②Supplies nutrition;③Maintenance and supplement electrolyte;④Seriously injured patients rescue and so on.The infusion response is because infuses responds not good always stated,the common infusion response which causes has the exothermic reaction,air embolism,the phlebitis,infuses excessively many or excessively quickly responses and so on.Not only the infusion responded increased patients degree of hazard,moreover easy to cause the medical dispute.Therefore,seeks the infusion response positively the influence factor and completes the nursing work to appear essential especially. ......
