摘要：目的：采用聚焦超声波治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症，观察其改善腰臀部不适症状的治疗效果。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组60例采用聚焦超声波治疗，对照组60例采用中医针刺治疗，分别于治疗5天和10天后评定疗效。结果：观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论：聚焦超声波可显著改善中央型腰椎间盘突出症所致的腰臀部不适，且简便、安全无痛苦、无副作用，值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:The focus ultrasonic treatment central type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,observe the haunches improve the treatment effect of the symptoms.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into trial group and control group,including observation group of 60 patients with focus ultrasonic treatment,60 cases by the control group acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,respectively,in 5 and 10 days after treatment evaluation results.Results:To observe the curative effect of group was better than control.Conclusion:Focus on ultrasonic can significantly improve the central type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of the discomfort caused by haunches,simple,safe and no pain,no side effects,is worthy to be popularized.

中央型腰椎间盘突出症是指突出的髓核位于椎间盘后方正中，压迫神经根和马尾神经引起相关的神经受损症状和体征，文献报道其发病率为5.4%~33.4%[1],且近年有上升趋势。由于其临床症状较为复杂，一般治疗疗程长、疗效差，部分患者不得不接受手术治疗。我科门诊自2009年11月~2011年11月共治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者120例，专门针对本病症导致的腰臀部不适症状，进行疗效观察对比研究。
1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料：120例患者均为我院初诊病例，其临床表现均包含有腰臀部不适症状，其中男69例,女51例，年龄17~50岁,平均34.2岁，病程7天~2年。120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，两组患者性别、年龄、病程、疾病严重程度等无显著差异，具有可比性。
1.2 影像学检查：两组病例均常规摄腰椎正、侧位X线片检查，显示脊柱侧弯39例,突出间隙变窄83例,椎体后缘骨赘形成78例 ......
