摘要：目的：研究循证护理(EBN)在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用及效果。方法：案例分析法和比较分析法。回顾性分析2009年3月至2011年5月我科收治的156例恶性肿瘤患者，根据患者护理情况分为循证护理组合和常规护理组各78例，两组在治疗中分别采用循证护理和常规护理，治疗1月后，比较两组的治疗费用、时间和和化疗效果。结果：循证护理组的住院时间(69.1%/92.2%)、治疗费用(30.7%/54.1%)显著低于常规护理组，而化疗有效率(92.3%/69.3%)显著高于常规护理组,三方面差异均显著，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：循证护理应用在恶性肿瘤患者化疗中能够显著提高患者康复率，减少住院费用，是一种经济、高效的护理方式。

Abstract:Objective:Study of evidence-based nursing(EBN) in the patients with malignant tumor and the application effect.Methods:Case analysis and comparison analysis.A retrospective analysis of 2009 March to 2011 May in our hospital were 156 cases of malignant tumor patients according to patient care,divided into evidence-based nursing and routine nursing group with 78 cases in each group,two in treatment group were using evidence-based nursing and conventional nursing,therapy after January,compared with two group of treatment costs,time and chemotherapy effect of.Results:Evidence based nursing group hospitalization time ( 69.1% / 92.2%),the cost of treatment ( 30.7% / 54.1%) was significantly lower than that in conventional care group,and the response rate of chemotherapy ( 92.3% / 69.3%) was significantly higher than that of conventional care group,three differences are significant,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:Application of evidence-based nursing in chemotherapy of patients with malignant tumors can significantly enhance patient rehabilitation rate,reduce the cost of hospitalization,is an economic,efficient nursing mode.
