原发性高血压患者的综合护理及体会

摘要：目的：探讨综合护理方法对原发性高血压病治疗过程及疗效的影响。方法：将符合诊断标准的122例高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各61例，两组均釆用相同药物治疗。对观察组61例高血压患者在完善治疗的基础上,注重做好心理、饮食、用药护理及健康教育，而对照组只采用常规护理。结果：观察组总有效率为93.44%，对照组总有效率为85.24%，两组相比有统计学意义(p<0.005),观察组显效率为42.62%,对照组显效率为36.06%,两组相比有统计学意义(p<0.005)。结论：治疗原发性高血压病在药物基本相同的前提下,釆用综合护理方法,能更好地帮助降低血压,从而提高临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the method of integrated nursing of primary hypertension treatment process and curative effect.Methods:To meet diagnostic criteria in 122 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,61 cases in each group,two groups were using the same drug therapy.On the observation group 61 cases of hypertension patients in comprehensive treatment based on,pay attention to psychological,diet,medication nursing and health education,while the control group only received routine care.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency of 93.44% for the control group,the total efficiency of 85.24%,two group compared with statistical significance ( P < 0.005 ),the observation group show the efficiency as 42.62%,control group markedly effective rate was 36.06%,the two groups were compared with statistical significance ( P < 0.005 ).Conclusion:The treatment of primary hypertension in drug essentially the same premise,the comprehensive nursing method,can better help lower blood pressure,so as to improve clinical curative effect.
