摘要：目的：探讨薄氏腹针疗法对脊髓损伤性尿潴留治疗的有效性。方法：随机将24例观察病例，分为腹针组，对照组。腹针组予薄氏腹针取穴治疗，对照组予电针八髎、会阳穴。结果：腹针组总有效率为92.88%，对照组总有效率为70.00%，腹针组总有效率优于对照组，两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：薄氏腹针疗法对脊髓损伤性尿潴留具有积极治疗作用,值得临床推广。
