摘要：目的：探讨甲泼尼龙冲击治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床疗效。方法：本研究按照随机数字表法将64例过敏性紫癜肾炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组，其中研究组过敏性紫癜肾炎患者采用甲泼尼龙冲击治疗，并与采用常规治疗的对照组患者进行临床疗效和不良反应的对比研究。结果：研究组患者中痊愈18例，好转11例，总有效率达90.63%；对照组患者中痊愈12例，好转9例，总有效率达65.63%；经统计分析发现研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组X2=5.85，P0.05)。结论：甲泼尼龙冲击治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎疗效可靠，且不良反应小，值得临床推广使用。

    Effects of pulse methylprednisolone therapy on allergic purpura nephritis

    Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of pulse methylprednisolone therapy on allergic purpura nephritis.Methods:In accordance with random number table,64 cases of allergic purpura nephritis were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group patients with allergic purpura nephritis methylprednisolone were given pulse therapy,and compared with conventional treatment control group in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The study group patients recovered in 18 cases,improved in 11 cases,and total effective rate was 90.63%.The control group of patients recovered in 12 cases,9 cases improved,with a total effective rate was 65.63%.By statistical analysis,the total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group (X2=5.85,P0.05).Conclusion: Pulse methylprednisolone therapy on allergic purpura nephritis was reliable,and side effects was little.So,it is worthy of clinical use. ......
