摘要：目的：研究探讨早发型重度子痫前期患者分娩孕周对母儿结局的影响。方法：选取我院2009年3月至2011年3月54例早发型重度子痫前期患者，按照其分娩孕周分为观察组A(孕周<32周)、观察组B(孕周在32~34周)和观察组C(孕周在>34周)，各18例，观察比较三组患者的并发症发生率及围产儿结局。结果：A组和B组患者的围产儿死亡率、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发生率及新生儿窒息率比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：早发型重度子痫的分娩孕周对母儿结局具有重大的影响，对于子痫前期的孕妇，应适当给予期待治疗，尽可能选择在32周以后分娩。
