摘要：目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术和传统开腹手术在子宫肌瘤患者中应用效果差异情况。
方法：随机将2009年1月～2012年1月在我院妇科住院治疗的56例子宫肌瘤患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者进行传统开腹手术，而观察组患者则给予腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术，比较对照组和观察组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用及术后性功能障碍发生率等临床疗效指标。
结果：观察组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及术后性功能障碍发生率均少/低于对照组的(P<0.05)，而观察组患者的住院费用明显高于对照组的(P<0.05)。
结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤具有术中出血量少、手术时间短、住院时间及术后性功能障碍发生率少等优点。

Comparative study of Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Traditional Open Surgery for patients withUterine Fibroids

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open surgery for patients with uterine fibroids to provide reference for a safe and effective operation treatment on it.
Methods:We collected clinical data of fifty-six cases of patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in the department of gynaecology in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012,then patients were divided into the control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients in the control group was given traditional open surgery,but patients in the observation group was given laparoscopic myomectomy, the blood loss, operation time,length of stay,hospital cost and the incidence of sexual dysfunction of each group was evaluated.
Result:The blood loss, operation time, length of stay and the incidence of sexual dysfunction was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05),but the hospital cost was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion:The laparoscopic myomectomy obtained satisfactory curative effect for patients with the uterine fibroids,and it is safe and reliable.
