摘要：目的：探讨门诊未婚妊娠妇女行人工流产术的心理状态及护理干预措施。
方法：选取2008年9月-2011年9月期间在我院门诊人流室行人工流产术的未婚妊娠妇女92例，按照门诊号进行分组，单号为A组，双号为B组，每组46例，A组病例在围手术期进行常规护理，B组病例在围手术期进行心理护理干预措施。
结果：未婚妊娠妇女心理负担普遍较重，在落实常规护理的同时，在围手术期实施适当的心理护理干预措施，能大大减少患者的不良心理，从而促使手术的顺利进行。
结论：在门诊未婚妊娠行人工流产术妇女中实施有效的心理护理干预措施，在与患者沟通的过程中，我们赢得了患者的信任，进而建立和谐的医患关系，增强她们的承受力，帮助她们顺利度过了手术难关，减低人工流产综合征的发生。

Abstract:Objective:Explore unmarried pregnant women do outpatient abortion technique the psychological state and nursing intervention measures.
Methods:Select September 2008-September 2011 in our hospital during outpatient poured room do abortion of unmarried pregnant women was 92 an example, and according to the clinic, grouping, order for group A, double number is group B, 46 cases of each group, A group of cases in perioperative routine care, group B cases in perioperative psychological nursing intervention measures.
Result:Unmarried pregnant women's psychological burden generally heavier, carry out routine care in at the same time, in the perioperative implement proper psychological nursing intervention measures, can greatly decrease the psychological patients to facilitate the smooth progress of the surgery.
Conclusion:n the clinic was unmarried pregnant women do abortion implementation of effective psychological nursing intervention measures, in the process of communication with the patient, we won the patient's trust, and to set up the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, enhance their endurance, help them smoothly through the operation difficulty, reduce the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome.
