摘要：目的：探讨麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素治疗肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。
方法：选取2009年8月-2010年8月间于我院治疗的肾小球肾炎患者70例，随机平均分为实验组(35例)与对照组(35例)。对照组予以常规加单独激素治疗；实验组在对照组治疗基础上以麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素联合用药代替单纯激素治疗。一年后对治疗前后的相关临床指标进行比较。
结果：两组治疗前后对比，治疗效果实验组明显优于对照组，两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素治疗肾小球肾炎效果安全有效。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mycophenolate combined with glucocorticoid therapy of glomerulonephritis clinical curative effect.
Methods: 70 cases for treatment of glomerular nephritis from August 2009 - August 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). Control group was treated with routine and separate hormone therapy; the experimental group were treated on the basis of mycophenolate combined with corticosteroid co-medication instead of simple hormone treatment. After one year the relevant clinical indexes before and after treatment were compared.
Result:The two groups were compared before and after treatment, therapeutic effect of experimental group was superior to control group, two groups with significant difference ( P<0.05)
Conclusion:Mycophenolate combined with glucocorticoid treatment of glomerular nephritis effect is safe and effective.

本次研究旨在探讨麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素治疗肾小球肾炎的临床疗效，提高临床治疗效果。现报告如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料。选取2009年8月-2010年8月间于我院治疗的肾小球肾炎患者70例，随机平均分为实验组(35例)与对照组(35例)。根据世界卫生组织(WHO)1995指定的肾小球病病理学分类标准确诊并分类。实验组35例，其中男性20例，女性15例，年龄区间25～42岁，平均年龄37.5岁，其中原发性肾小球疾病17例，狼疮性肾炎7例，紫癜性肾炎6例，糖尿病肾病5例。原发性肾小球疾病中，系膜增生性肾小球肾炎6例，慢性弥漫性或局灶性增生性肾小球肾炎5例，膜性肾病3例，膜增殖性肾炎3例 ......
