血清肿瘤标志物的检测与结直肠癌的相关性分析(1)

摘要：目的：探讨外周血肿瘤标志物CEA、CA12-5和CA19-9在结直肠癌患者血清中的水平及其在结直肠癌辅助诊断中的应用价值。
方法：采用化学发光微粒免疫检测检测60例结直肠癌患者和50例健康体检者的血清中3种肿瘤标志物水平，并探讨对辅助诊断结直肠癌的临床价值。
结果：60例结直肠癌患者血清CEA、CA12-5和CA19-9阳性率均明显高于健康体检对照组(P均<0.01)，且联合检测的阳性率最高；结直肠癌患者的3种血清肿瘤标志物水平均明显高于健康人组(P<0.01)。
结论：单项检测血清CEA、CA12-5和CA19-9对结直肠癌的诊断有一定的临床价值，3肿瘤标志物联合检测可以提高结直肠癌诊断的敏感度。

Measurement of serum tumor markers in colorectal carcinoma and the correlation analysis

Abstract:Objective:Discussion on tumor markers in peripheral blood CEA, CA12-5 and CA19-9 in colorectal cancer patients the serum level of and in colorectal carcinoma adjuvant diagnosis application value.
Methods: Using a chemiluminescence immune detection of particles were detected in 60 cases of colorectal cancer patients and 50 healthy subjects of 3 tumor markers in serum levels, and to explore the clinical value of diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
Result:In 60 cases of colorectal cancer patients with serum CEA, CA12-5 and CA19-9 positive rates were significantly higher than healthy control group (P<0.01), and the joint detection positive rate was the highest; colorectal cancer patients on 3 kinds of serum tumor markers level significantly higher than those in healthy group (P<0.01).
Conclusion:Single measurement of serum CEA, CA12-5 and CA19-9 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer is of certain clinical value, 3 of combined detection of tumor markers for colorectal cancer can improve diagnostic sensitivity.
