血府逐瘀汤治疗舌下囊肿临床观察(1)

摘要：目的：观察血府逐瘀汤治疗舌下囊肿的临床疗效。
方法：70例符合纳入标准的舌下囊肿患者，按随机数字表法随机分为2组。对照组30例，采用激光治疗，调节激光光斑至直径0.5cm大小，10min/天。治疗组采用血府逐瘀汤加减，1剂/d，水煎2次，混合取汁400ml，分早晚2次，温服。2组均10d为1疗程，治疗2疗程，停药10d后统计疗效。
结果：治疗组有效率为92.5%，对照组有效率为73.3%，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)，治疗组，明显优于对照组。治疗中未发现血府逐瘀汤有明显不良反应，无药物依耐性，依从性好。
结论：血府逐瘀汤治疗舌下囊肿有较好的临床疗效，且不良反应小，依从性好。

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical eflicacy of xuefu zhuyu decoction in treating sublingual cyst .
Methods：0 patients with sublingual cyst who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by using the method of random number table .30 patients in the control group were given laser treatment，and adjust the laser spot diameter of 0.5cm size，10min/days.The treatment group was given xuefu zhuyu Decoction with 1 dose per day.It was decocted for 2 times and the mixed juice of 400mL， was obtained and orally administered with warm water in the morning and evening . 2 groups regarded 10 d for a course of treatment and treated for 2 courses .Statistcal effects were analyzed after withdrawsing for 10 d .
Result：Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50% and the rate of the control group was 73.33%.Comparison of the effective rate of the two groups showed the difference was statistically significant ( P=0.029). The treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. No siguificant side effects and drug dependence were found in xuefu zhuyu Decoction and the compliance was good.
Conclusion：Xuefu zhuyu decoction has better clinical efficacy in treating sublingual cyst with good compliance and leses toxicity and side effects ......
