摘要：平均住院日是反应医院管理水平的一项重要指标，缩短平均住院日不仅可以有效的利用医疗卫生资源，也可以为患者节约住院费用。[1]康复科收治的病人大多为慢性病和手术后需要康复的病人，住院时间相对较长，费用相对昂贵，因此缩短平均住院日，降低医疗费用具有重大的意义。
