4.2 疼痛程度评估。在患者无痛前提下使肩关节被动旋外，用量角器测得其最大的“无痛旋外角度”，显然角度越小，疼痛程度越大；常用的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale，VAS)亦可用来评估疼痛的强度及心理上的感受程度。
4.3 运动功能评估。较为常用的是卒中患者运动功能评估量表(motor assessment scale，MAS)[33]中的“上肢功能”部分，共6项指标，每项指标1分，0分功能最差，6分功能良好。无痛关节活动度(range of motion，ROM)测量亦是较常用的一种方法，用量角器测得无痛状态下关节活动时可达到的最大弧度。以下为正常肩关节活动范围，可供参考：肩关节屈0°-180°；肩关节后伸0°-60°；肩关节外展0°-180°；肩关节水平外展0°-40°；肩关节水平内收0°-130°；肩关节外展内旋0°-70°；肩关节外展旋外0°-90°。

综上所述，卒中后GHS的早期诊断、早期预防及治疗尤为重要，可明显降低GHS的发生，改善患侧上肢运动功能。正确的体位、运动疗法、电刺激疗法、针灸与推拿等对GHS均有较好疗效，临床医师应加强综合治疗意识，提高患者生活质量。
