RP-HPLC法测定苯噻啶片含量

摘要：目的：建立苯噻啶片的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法选用SinoChrom OPS-AP(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱，检测波长为200nm，流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液-乙腈-甲醇(50∶41∶9)(含1.5%三乙胺，磷酸调pH3.0)，流速为0.8 ml/min，β-萘酚作为内标物。结果：苯噻啶在7～112μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)，平均回收率为99.46%(RSD=0.53%，n=3)。结论：本法可用于该片的含量测定，操作简便，结果准确。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Pizptifen in tablet. Methods: SinoChrom OPS-AP column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) was used with the detection wavelength was atλmas=200nm. The mobile phase was composed of 0.05 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer-acetonitrile-methanol (50∶41∶9) (containing triethylamine 1.5%, adjust pH to 3.0 with H3PO4).The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1, the internal-standard was 13-naphthol.Results: The standard curve was linear over the range of 7~112μg·ml-1 of Pizptifen with r=0 ......
