摘要目的:探讨烧伤后增生性瘢痕的康复处理效果。方法:采用中草药离子喷雾、面膜及按摩方法对烧伤后增生性瘢痕进行康复处理。结果:48例深Ⅱ度烧伤后不同时期与形状的增生性瘢痕,采用本法处理,效果满意,总有效率达100%。结论:深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合后开始康复处理越早效果越好,本法对片块状瘢痕效果理想。

    THE ARTER-CARE OF HEALED BURN SKIN AND HYPERTROPHIC SCAR IN 48 CASES

    Abstract Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of serial treatments on healed burn skin and hypertrophic scars. Method: Chinese herbs spray, facial membrane and massage with hands were applied successively to surface of newly healed skin or hypertroplic scars not more than 3 months. Results: Satisfied effects appeared after treatmentin 48 patients with total effective rate up to 100%. Conclusion: More satisfied results would be obtained if the treatments were used in 2 months, especially on plaque-like hypertrophic scar. ......
