    摘 要 目的:观察皮肤伸展术后皮肤组织形态学的改变。

    方法:分别于皮肤牵张1周时及牵张完毕后第1、2、3、4、6、8周,按实验与对照两组各取1cm×1cm×0.5cm组织块做组织形态学观察。

    结果:伸展术后皮肤早期形态学改变不显著,第二周后出现表皮细胞层数增加,基底细胞呈长柱状增生,成纤维细胞密度增加,胶原纤维、弹性纤维和毛细血管密度增加及真皮厚度增加,以术后3、4周时最明显。6周后开始恢复到略高于对照组水平。

    结论:皮肤伸展术能引起皮肤组织细胞的增殖及间质成分的增长。这种组织形态的改变有利于组织创作创伤的修复。

    HISTOMOPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF THE SKIN AFTER EMPLOYING THE SKIN STRETCH

    Abstract Objection: To observe the histomophological changes of the skin after employing skin stretch. Methods:We take the sdin with the sixe of 1cm×1cm×0.5cm after stretching for 1 week and the following 1,2,3,4,6,8weeks to investigate the histomophological changes and compare thenm with the control group which with no stretching respectively. Results:The histomophological changes were not significant in either group during the early time.After the second week,the epidermal and dermal layer becane thick,basal cell and fibrovlast proliferated markablely,the density of collogen fiber and elastic fiber and capillary increased obviously.Those changes reached the climax in the third and forth week poststretch.The changes came back after the sixth week but still significant than the control group. Conclusion:Skin stretch can induce the proliferation of the skin cell and matrix. This histomophological changes was beneficial for the wound healing. ......
