朱志祥,1951年生,1976年毕业于佳木斯医学院。现为深圳市红十字会医院整形(美容)烧伤科主任,教授,深圳市整形美容外科学会副主任委员,市重点学科带头人。1993～1994年美国哈佛大学MGH医院整形外科研修。著有《美容外科学》等3本书,发表论文60余篇,其中国家级以上论文20余篇,国外著名杂志上9篇。获各种科技奖16项。摘 要 目的:探讨负压去脂并发症的防治方法。 方法:对并发症较多的腹部,设计骨性标志线;注射肿胀麻醉液先高浓度后低浓度、先封闭后广泛浸润;负压吸脂机由深而浅吸出脂肪。 结果:该法应用于435例1203个身体部位,发生各类并发症19例,经正确处理均获得满意的结果。 结论:本文肿胀麻醉液的配制、应用和对并发症等的综合预防方法有效地减少了并发症的发生。

    PREVENTION AND THERAPY FOR THE COMPLICATIONS IN LIPOSUCTION

    Abstract Objective:To study the methods of prevention and treatment for the liposuction complications. Method:Bone-mark link-lines was designed for abdominal liposuctions which the complication occured more frequently than others;Using The lidocain concentration in tumescenc aneasthetic liquid;from high lidocain concentration to low one,and injecting slowly in first 10 minutes;Dressing the suction area with the pressure and left no drainage.Result:Liposuctions were performed on 1203 parts of 435 patients and 19 rarely complications occured that satisfactly results was obtained following aportune management.Conclusion:The lidocain concentration designed and in jected from high to lower concentration in tumescenc aneasthetic,using and so on are reliable method for the safe liposuction,even though the prevention for rarely complication should be payed more attention too. ......
