    [摘 要] 目的:探讨颈胸前筋膜皮瓣解剖学基础。 方法:30具动脉灌注红色乳胶成人标本,解剖颈胸部皮肤的动脉来源与分布;3具动、静脉灌注后的成人新鲜尸体,在手术显微镜、光镜下解剖动、静脉在颈胸部的分支、吻合及皮肤各层的血管构筑情况。 结果:颈胸部皮肤的动脉来自肌皮动脉缘支、肌皮动脉穿支和直接皮动脉,沿胸锁乳突肌的前、后缘分布,并借助分支与筋膜、皮支等所形成的皮下筋膜血管网沟通,真皮下动脉网供应皮肤的大部分结构,静脉回流是通过伴行静脉完成。 结论:颈胸前筋膜皮瓣具备科学的解剖形态学依据,是修复颈部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的优质材料。

    [Abstract] Objective:It is in order to discuss clinical experience and basis for repairing scar contracture of anterior region of neck. Methods:The origin and distribution of artery of the neck-breast region skin were observed on 30 sides of adult cadaver with red latex in artery;the artery and vein of branches anastomosis and skin artery distribution in the neck-breast region were anatonmised on 3 sides of adult fresh cadaver with latex in artery under operating microscope and light microscope,the 46 case applied in clinic. Results:The skin artery of neck-breast region come from the marginal branch of musculocutaneous artery,perforating branch of musculocutaneous artery and immediacy skin artery at the anterior and posterior border of sternocleidomastoid muscle distribution,the artery of corium provided the a majority of skin structure,the vein is not concomitant vein. Conclusions:The fascia skin flap of neck-breast anterior is a high quality material for repairing scar contracture of neck region after burn. ......
