    [摘 要] 目的：将临床牙冠的色彩信息以数字化方式传递给技师，并进行数字化与常规视觉比色(VITA比色板)两种传递方法的色彩复现率对比研究。 方法：利用美能达CR-321色彩色差计(D₆₅光源)以CIE-1976-L^*a^*b^*色度系统测定50个单位上颌中切牙色度值，按照常规视觉比色及数字化传递两种方法分别制作金瓷修复体，对其色度值进行测色、计算并对比色彩复现率。 结果：信息数字化处理法的色彩复现率(60.0%)显著高于视觉比色法(38.0%)(P<0.01)；平均色差值(2.58)显著低于视觉比色法(4.34)(P<0.01)；国人前牙牙冠多为B、D色系(VITA)。 结论：色差计测色及计算机处理数据可避免人眼视觉比色的主观性，并减少外界因素对选色的干扰，显著提高了临床金瓷修复体色彩复现率。

    APPLIED STUDY FOR DIGITALLY CONVEY CHROMATIC INFORMATION OF DENTAL CORONA

    [Abstract]Objective:To give the technician, digitally convey chromatic information of dental corona and compare the color reproduction ratio of normal color-selector using VITA shade with digitally convey chromatic information. Methods:The color of 50 maxillary incisors were measured respectively by Minolta CK-321 chronaticity instrument (D₆₅daylight simulator inside)and CIE-1976-l^*a^*b^* system,Metal ceramic restorations were conveyed.The values of colority were measured and the color reproduction ratio were counted and compared. Results:The color reproduction ratio obtained by digitally convey chromatic information is 60.0%.,which is obviously higher than got from normal color-selector.The average values of chromatic got from digitally convey is not only lower than normal color selection.The color pedigree of incisor crowns most belong to B and D(VITA). Conclusion:The method of digitally convey chromatic information can avoid the subjectivity of the method of color-choice with eyes,decrease the disturbance of environment and enhance obviously the color reproduction ratio of metal ceramic restorations. ......
