腭裂术后语音清晰度影响因素的分析研究

封兴华 男，第四军医大学口腔医学院颌面外科副教授，副主任医师，研究生导师，法国里昂大学医学院客座教授。发表论文40余篇，参编专著7部，获全军科技进步奖4项。[摘 要] 目的：研究影响腭裂术后患者语音清晰度的相关因素。 方法：29名腭裂修复术后均未行语音训练的复查患者分成语音缺陷组(IAr)和语音清晰组(NAr)，进行病例回顾性研究及问卷调查。 结果：〖HT5"K〗两组患者的年龄及裂型构成无差异；IAr组比NAr组更多生活在农村地区，父母文化水平偏低，且较少受到发音纠正，两组均有显著性差异(P<0.005)。 结论：腭裂度对术后语音清晰度无明显影响，家庭文化背景及父母对患儿的发音纠正是影响腭裂患者术后语音清晰度的重要因素。

POSTOPERAVIVE CLEFT PALATE PATIENTS

[Abstract] Objective：To study contributing factors that affect the speech outcome in postoperative CP (cleft palate) patients. Methods：29 postoperative CP patients were divided into two groups as impaired articulation group(IAr,=17)and nomal articulation group(NAr,n=12).The distribution of these factors in the two groups was assessed. Results：There were non-significant differences in the age of palatoplasty and cleft type in both groups of patients.Most of the patients in the IAr group lived in rural area compared with those of NAr(P<0.05).Speech correction frequency assessment showed that patients in NAr group accepted more speech correction by their parents than those in IAr group. Conclusion：It seems that cleft type do not affect speech outcome,while parents education backgrounds,living area and speech correction frequency were significantly contributing factors that affect postoperative speech outcomes of CP patients. ......
