郭树忠 男，1962年生，1994年第四军医大学毕业，获博士学位，1995年～1997年美国弗吉尼亚大学医学院博士后，现任第四军医大学西京医院整形外科主任、副教授，本刊常务编委。[摘 要] 目的：总结改良真皮帽双环法乳房悬吊术的临床经验。 方法：采用传统的双环法乳房悬吊术切口，但在其深部皮下组织深面剥离时，保留乳晕深部组织的完整，形成真皮帽，外环以外组织在皮下组织深面、乳腺腺体表面进行剥离直至乳房周围基底部，将乳腺腺体下极内翻缝合，并将去表皮的真皮脂肪帽向乳腺基底部牵拉缝合固定塑型，采用单股涤沦线荷包拉拢缩小外环皮肤切口，5-0单股尼龙美容线缝合内外环皮肤切口，术后乳房塑型包扎。 结果： 术后随访乳晕周围皮肤皱褶两个多月之后基本消失，患者对术后乳房外形比较满意。结论：改良真皮帽双环法乳房悬吊术对于矫正轻度和中度乳房下垂是一种比较理想的方法。

    [Abstract] Objective：To review and summarize clinical experience of modified"round block"technique mastopexy. Methods：Traditional incision was made.Undermine was performed under subcutaneous tissue,but the nipple-areola complex should keep intact.Tissue outside the external ring was undermined between subcutaneous and gland.The lower part of gland tissue was sutured inversely,and the deepithelialized tissue was sutured to the bottom of breast.Blocking suture was performed to reduce the length of external incision,and then the incision was sutured by 5～0 nylon.Dressing was held in place by well supporting brassiere. Results：The periareolar scar diminished 2 months post-operation.Contours of breasts were satisfied. Conclusion：The modified "round block"technique is ideal surgery for the correction of breast ptosis. ......
