[摘要]目的:探讨多次手术失败后尿道下裂的治疗方法。方法:自2000年起应用植皮法再造尿道25例，取阴囊或腹股沟中厚皮片缝合固定于阴茎腹侧白膜，卷管再造尿道，并行龟头成形术。用带侧孔单腔硅胶导尿管支撑3～6个月。半年后行尿道吻接术。结果:1例患者手术后出现尿道口狭窄，行尿道外口切开术。2例发生尿瘘， 其余无并发症发生，阴茎形态佳，尿道口为矢状裂隙。结论:会阴皮肤适合再造尿道，结合带侧孔单腔硅胶导尿管支撑是治疗复杂尿道下裂的较好方法，有推广价值。

    A modified method to treat complex hypospadias

    Abstract： ObjectiveTo explore a modified method to repair complex hypospadias with skin graft.MethodsTotal 25 patients with complex hypospadias were included in the study. The scar on the venture of penis was removed, and a free scrotal or groin skin graft was sutured and fixed to corpora cavernosa. Then neourethra was tubularized and supported with a silicone tube, followed by glanuloplasty. The reconstructed urethra was anastomosed half a year later.Results After operation, most patients had good penis contour and was slit-shaped terminal meatus. Yet 1 patient showed urethral stricture of meatus, which was corrected by meatotomy, and 2 patients developed urethral fistula. No other complication was observed. ConclusionThe method is of value to the treatment of complex hypospadias. ......
