[摘要]目的：探索一种新的面部凹陷性组织缺损的修复方法。 方法：利用真皮脂肪瓣移植修复15例面部凹陷性组织缺损。结果：15例面部凹陷性组织缺损充填术后Ⅰ期愈合，随访 6个月～2年，除2例因真皮脂肪充填量不足而再次手术外，其余均获得满意的效果。结论：真皮脂肪瓣移植是矫正面部凹陷性组织缺损的有效手段。

    Repair of facial depression with dermal-fat flap transplant

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore a new approach of repairing facial depression.Methods15 cases of facial depression had been repaired by the transplantation of dermal-fat flap.Results15 cases of facial depression were healed on the first stage. After a 6-24months following -up, except 2 cases were refilled because of the insufficiency of the dermal-fat implantation, all other cases had obtained satisfactory clinical results.ConclusionThe implantation by using dermal-fat flap is an effective method for correcting the facial depression. ......
