[摘要]目的：探讨一种治疗半侧颜面短小畸形的有效方法。方法：经口内入路,行Medpor假体植入联合颏部水平截骨纠正面部不对称畸形。结果：临床治疗14例，面部畸形均得到良好矫正。结论：这一手术方法是修复半侧颜面短小的理想方法,二期可配合其他辅助方法完成对畸形的综合治疗。

    Medpor implantation combined with orizontal osteotomy of chin for hemifacial microsomia

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the comprehensive treatment of hemifacial microsomia.MethodsMedpor implantation combined with horizontal osteotomy of chin through intraoral approach as the main method to correct facial asymmetry.ResultsThis method was applied in 14 patients with hemifacial microsomia. All patients obtained good results.ConclusionMedpor implantation combined with horizontal osteotomy of chin is an ideal method for the treatment of hemifacial microsomia. Other auxiliary methods are also necessary to gain the perfect results of the comprehensive treatment. ......
