VEGF明胶缓释微球对大鼠背部随意皮瓣存活的影响(3)
本实验显示缓释微球能显著延长VEGF的作用效果,能显著增加皮瓣与受区的血管新生,增加皮瓣的血流量,从而促进皮瓣的存活率及生存质量,但如何提高微球的载药率、延长微球的缓释作用还需进一步研究,为其早日应用于临床奠定坚实的基础。
