VEGF促进多孔聚乙烯耳支架植入的效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的:探讨VEGF对血管及软组织长入多孔聚乙烯支架的影响。方法:制作多孔聚乙烯支架置入动物体内的模型后,随机分成2组:第一组应用VEGF;第二组为对照组(不给任何药物)。术后第7天、第14天取出支架,做组织学分析观察毛细血管及肉芽组织长入状况。结果:应用VEGF组血管及肉芽组织长入孔隙迅速,而对照组长入缓慢,有显著性差异。结论:血管内皮生长因子可促进血管及软组织长入多孔聚乙烯支架,从而加强了该支架的稳定性,促进植入效果。[关键词]耳支架;血管内皮生长因子(VEGF);耳再造
