[摘要]目的：评估并比较同一患者应用两种方法治疗下睑睑袋的美容效果。方法：选择36个病例，一侧下睑行传统的睑成形术，即切除下睑眶隔内脂肪，另一侧不去除眶脂而是行睑囊筋膜疝修补术。结果：术后2～6个月进行评估，两者外形无明显差异，其美容效果相当。结论：两术式远期外形无明显差异，美容效果相当，但后者术中不适感及疼痛较轻，术后并发症更少，具有门诊推行价值。

    Comparison and discussion of a treatment of the plasty of baggy deformity of eyelids

    Abstract： ObjectiveEvaluate and compare the effect of using two different methods for a patient to treat the palpebral bags.MethodsSelect 36 cases. For each case, one side eye was performed the orthodox blepharoplasty, that is, to remove the orbital fat in lower eyelid, and the other eye was performed the hernioplasty of eyelid fascial cyst.Results2～6 months after the operations, it is found that the outlines of the two results are almost the same, and the aesthetic effects are equivalent.ConclusionsTwo treatment results have not obvious differences in the long-term, and the aesthetic effects are the same. But the second one has the advantages of less discomfort and pain in operation and less complications after operation. It is worth to be recommended in clinical treatment. ......
