[摘要]目的：研究点阵CO2激光在治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕中的作用。方法：应用Encore ActiveFXTM点阵CO2激光对40处凹陷性痤疮瘢痕进行治疗二次，治疗前后使用B.Dreno的ECCA权重评分表对瘢痕部位进行评分统计，比较其疗效。结果：治疗前后，凹陷性痤疮瘢痕改善程度平均为55%，总有效率为90%。结论：点阵CO2激光能有效地治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕。

    Study on treatment of face atrophic acne scar by Encore ActiveFXTM CO2 lasers

    Abstract:ObjectiveThe study was to investigate the application of lattic CO2 laser in the treatment of face atrophic acne scar. Methods The Encore ActiveFXTM CO2 laser was used to treated 40 cases of atrophic acne scar twice, applicating B.Dreno's ECCA grading scale to grade this acne scar cases post and after treatment, and compared these data. ResultsThe average improvement is 55%, and the efficiency rate is 90%. ConclusionThe lattic CO2 laser can treat the face atrophic acne scar efficiently.
