[摘要]目的：总结和探讨该方法治疗内眦赘皮的临床疗效。方法：“L”型的切口，新的内眦点的建立，内眦韧带的完全松解，及下

    睑缘切口延长修剪三角瓣。结果：本组35例随访3个月～1年未见明显的瘢痕形成，泪阜显露适中，重睑线流畅。结论：该方法简单易行适合大部分内眦赘皮，术后瘢痕不明显为大部分顾客所接受。

    The extension of"L" shaped lower eyelids incision for the treatment of the epicanthus

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of the methods for the treatment of epicanthus.Methods"L" type of incision, the establishment of the new point inside the fold, the complete release of the canthal ligament, and the extension of lower eyelids incision to extend the cut triangular flap. ResultsOf the 35 cases followed up for three months to a year, no obvious scar has been formed with the modest caruncle and smooth eyelid line. Conclusion This simple and easy method is suitable for most treatments of the epicanthus, and it can be accepted by most of the customers because no obvious scar after surgery will be formed. ......
