[摘要]目的：本研究采用CEREC3 CAD/CAM系统制作各类修复体，并对其近期临床效果进行评价及分析。方法：选取58 名患者，按照CEREC3 CAD/CAM系统标准程序，制作各类全瓷修复体86个，其中使用MarkⅡ瓷块57个、ProCAD瓷块29个。修复体使用树脂粘结材料粘结完成。修复后1年复诊，由两位医师按照改良的USPHS标准对修复体进行评价。结果：87.2%的修复体各项检查标准都达到了USPHS 标准的Alpha 类。结论：CEREC3 CAD/CAM系统制作修复体便捷，能完成高质量并且具有天然牙色的全瓷修复体，临床效果令人满意。
