[摘要]目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩的综合疗法,并评价其临床效果。方法:我们临床上将瘢痕疙瘩分为惰性类和活跃类。根据瘢痕疙瘩的不同类型,在外科手术切除的基础上,选用术后放疗、局部加压、硅胶膜覆盖、糖皮质激素局部注射等多种方法予以治疗。结果:自2007年以来,共利用综合疗法治疗瘢痕疙瘩15例,治愈13例,有效2例。结论:针对瘢痕疙瘩不同类型采用多种方法联合治疗可以取得较好疗效。此种分类方法及疗效评估标准尚需深入研究。
