     [摘要]目的:探讨自制中药醇提物对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞(KFB)Ⅰ型胶原蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:在体外培养KFB中加入500μg/ml自制中药醇提物,采用免疫细胞化学方法检测KFB中Ⅰ型胶原蛋白、MMP-1及VEGF的表达。结果:在自制中药醇提物的作用下,KFB中Ⅰ型胶原蛋白表达减弱,MMP-1表达增强,VEGF表达呈双向性改变。结论:自制中药可能通过影响KFB合成Ⅰ型胶原蛋白、MMP-1及VEGF而发挥治疗瘢痕疙瘩的作用。
