     [摘要]目的:在基因和蛋白水平检测体外培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞(HPDLF)金属基质蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)的表达情况。方法:①收集4～6代体外培养的人PDL细胞,使用PCR方法检测细胞内MMP-1的基因表达;②取细胞外液用Western blot方法检测MMP-1蛋白表达。结果:PCR结果显示MMP-1在PDL中基因水平上有表达,而Western blot结果在蛋白水平上也证明了MMP-1在PDL中有表达,结论:体外培养的PDL具有MMP-1的功能。
