毛发移植的临床应用与研究进展(2)
6展望
毛发移植的临床应用已变得越来越广泛,从传统的单位毛囊移植治疗脱发到单株毛囊显微种植治疗眉毛、睫毛、胡须缺失,以及缝合针种植法睫毛再造等[20]技术推动毛发移植术不断发展进步。可以预计不久的未来,在基础研究方面,对于秃发基因的调控与治疗将取得突破,对于毛囊干细胞克隆技术将通过完善人体实验研究后逐渐推广到临床;而在临床实践方面,新的毛胚制备器与毛发种植机将得到改进和完善,毛囊复合物注射式移植方法有可能得到进一步验证和应用,手术和药液配合治疗形成系统化方案,同种异体毛囊移植技术将给部分特殊脱发患者带来希望。
