问题隆鼻的数字化评估(1)

     [摘要]目的:利用计算机辅助数字技术,为隆鼻整形手术探索出一种植入体的设计与评价技术,解决了植入体的内部贴合准确和外部造型美观问题,增加手术成功率。方法:对18例2～4个月前行硅胶假体隆鼻术者,行鼻部CT扫描及三维重建,进行主观上的效果评价和数字化评估。结果:患者对隆鼻术后效果的主观满意率为50%,同时经CT扫描数字化评估,发现存在问题的隆鼻术发生率高达80%。结论:CT三维数据促进假体的雕刻技巧和隆鼻手术操作技术的改进,直接提高隆鼻术后效果。
